Rare 1980s Rockhopper with the low rear brake · Restored with minimal mods

On the Specialized Rockhopper line, the chainstay-mounted rear U-brake was only used in the 1987 to 1989 period. That makes for a clear looking rearline. They stopped once they realized the brakes get too dirty that low.

This one was built up while vacationing in Port Townsend hence the name.

Build

This was a minimalist restomod. Lot of cleaning.
